Welcome to the Circle of Life Coach Training Registration

We are very excited about this special training opportunity for graduates of IIQTC! We are looking forward to your participation and feedback (what went well and what could be improved) with this Circle Of Life Coach Training Program.

Noted below are the Circle of Life Certification Requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to be certified as Circle of Life Coach. Additionally, kindly review the program Cancellation Policy. Once you read, understand and agree with these requirements and the cancellation policy, please complete the form below, and proceed to complete the payment for the program.

1.   Participation in the Circle of Life Coach Training – 27.5 Hours. You must utilize the online learning portal, which requires a username and password AND have the capacity to utilize the Zoom.US online web meeting application.

Training Schedule - Saturdays for 3 hours - 9 am – 12 pm PST / 11 am – 2 pm CST / 12 pm – 3 pm EST

Wednesdays for 2 ½ hours - 11 am - 1:30 pm PST / 1 pm - 3:30 pm CST / 2 pm -  4:30 pm EST

2.   Be present at 7 of the 10 live webinar meetings on Zoom.US, during the training period.

• For any session you miss, you must listen to the recording before the next session and report two things you learned from the recorded session. Please e-mail your responses to Kalind Bakshi – [email protected]

3.   Form and facilitate an online, phone or in person practice group using the CoL System with at least 3-4 people (for 10-12 hours minimum) for 5-6 weeks. Your practice group may convene during or after the training period

4.   Coach 1-2 (2 is best) individuals for at least 5 sessions and get the feedback evaluation(s) and submit to Circle of Life Headquarters.

• To be completed within 6 months of the conclusion date of your training. Sooner is better. COL Headquarters suggests proceeding with your coaching practice sessions immediately. (make this italics)

5.   For requirements numbers 3 and 4 noted above, each trainee must submit a Self-Evaluation and Evaluations from both their one-to-one practice clients and from the participants in their practice group.

6.   Final Feedback Form - This is a Pilot-Beta Training with a significantly discounted fee. There will be a detailed FEEDBACK form that gives the Circle of Life Training Team important information from you. The Circle of Life Team appreciates your valuable input.

7.   There will be TWO additional post training Zoom meetings (after the completion of the course) — The second meeting is required for certification.

• First Meeting – This is a final Q & A
• Second Meeting (Required) – This is for Pilot Training FEEDBACK from you regarding the training experience, technology, etc. There will be three meeting time options to assure that you can receive your certification.

8.   Program Cancellation Policy: For cancellation by August 15th, the registration fee minus $100 will be retained by Health Action as a credit for you on a future Circle of Life Training. After August 15th, the registrant, due to administrative complexity, will forfeit the full fee.
